Academia offers a Kama`aina rate for local Hawaiian residents that wish to study English. This special rate represents a 15% discount from our standard tuition!

For Kama’aina who wish to take classes 10 or 15 hours a week, they can get an even greater discount on their tuition.

Am I Kama`aina?

To qualify for the Kama’aina rate, students must show a photo ID with a local address and be US citizens, green card holders, or have a K visa. Students who have cancelled their I-20 and have filed an adjustment of status also qualify.
